    "just took a trip back east visiting family....made these when we would sit down and play cards....you truly can't eat just one. They taste like turtles to me. hubbie said he would not eat any...as he is not a sweet eater, of course he ate the most! Only time consuming thing was unwrapping each rolo!"

    "What a wonderful dish! Today is cinco de mayo and my family loved this. What a wonderful way to change up breakfast eggs. I layered warmed up corn tortillas, covered with retried beans, eggs, sauce and Topped with cheese. if I would have had sour cream, I think that would have been a nice touch in top. Cooked exactly as written....used fresh ..."

    "Wonderful flavor. I have never used persimmons before. Very moist cake, I topped with a lemon glaze. I did not have any currents or raises, so I used Cranraisens..Yumm. Word of caution, a toothpick came out clean after 49 minutes so, I removed from the oven....The center was not done. So, not a pretty cake this time, but wonderful flavor."
