"This is a wonderful recipe. I have tried many meatloaf recipes looking for a good one and this is the best. The only changes I made were to add diced green pepper and reduced the apple cider vinegar to 1 TBSP. I will certainly be making this one again."

"This was really good. My family enjoyed it even though it was not the traditional sweet potato casserole we always make. I think if I make this again I would use brown sugar instead of regular sugar or the maple syrup that was suggested by Alaska Mom. The topping was delicious but the main part could have used a little something extra."
