"We just had this for dinner and it was yummy, cheap and oh, so easy. I wanted to lower the fat a bit so I rinsed the sausage after browning, returned it to the pan and added the flour. It thickened up nicely and all 5 of us loved it. It will have a regular place on our dinner and breakfast menus! Thanks!"

"We loved this!! I a made it as part of my OAMC cooking rotation. Just dumped everything in a ziploc bag, added boneless skinless chicken thighs and tossed it in the freezer. I let it defrost and grilled. Awesome, thanks!"

"My kids loved these and I love the fact that they don't have a lot of extra sugar. I put some in a lareg container for dinner and some into 1 cup plastic freezer jars to try in lunch boxes. We are already planning different combinations for summer."
