Vietnam Vet. Grew up in Chicago, loved my grandma's German dishes. Met and married a gal from Mississippi and moved there for a better place to raise a family. Lived 15 years in New Mexico, one of God's most beautiful places, and am now back in Mississippi. Lost my wife in May 2012 so now I am learning to cook for one.
Everything from German to Mexican and New Mexican, Chinese, Italian, to good Southern cooking.
Soups of all kinds are my favorite meal.
