"I have been making this for centuries, but in a regular oven. I tried this recipe in the crockpot, and the only change I made is that I used some wine I had (dry white. The chicken was done and the top was soft. I think from now on, this is the way I will be doing this recipe. Excellent, and I would guess if you were fixing this for children..."

"This still is not done, but could not wait. Really enjoying this. I added more salt and pepper when it was closer to being done, and then gave the whole thing a stir. One reviewer suggested adding some rice, and I will do that the next time. I used the extra tomato sauce, and I think the rice would have been a nice addition. Quite a nice reci..."

"I won't rate this right now. I have a horrible cold/sinus infection, and found this recipe on the internet (or one pretty much like it. I adore ginger, but not sure I want to sip on this, but was trying it to see if it helped open up the ears/nose. It got rave reviews for just that, so crossing fingers."

"Someone gave me this recipe ages ago, and I didn't realize it was on here. I have no contact with this person, and really wanted to find my copy of this recipe, and decided to check here, and I'm thrilled. This is excellent. The cherries are a "must", but I did omit the almonds and it was just as good. So so glad I found this again."

"I did not do the sesame seeds, but followed the directions for the rest. These were delicious. I adore ginger and garlic, and this had the right amount of both. These are on the stove again today, and will be a standard in my house. Wonderful recipe."

"I found this on another website and didn't realize it was posted here. Made it the second time today, and I really do love this recipe. Didn't have quite enough fresh cilantro, but it doesn't really matter. Still excellent, quick and a winner."

"I really wasn't sure about this one, but decided to try it. WOW am I glad. I don't think I let the potatoes drain quite enough, but no problem. They still soaked up the dill juice (and maybe a little water. I think I added the mayo mixture before they were cool enough, but again, no problem. I couldn't wait to try it, and even warm, deliciou..."

"This was excellent. I used the "parmesan" in the green can--too lazy to grate fresh. I might just sprinkle the salt/Old Bay on the fish directly next time. I may take the advice of another reviewer and add some lemon zest next time. Thanks for a lovely recipe."

"I just put this in the fridge, so the flavors have not had a chance to marry, but it's very good. I think I may like a little more dressing, but going to wait until tomorrow to see, and may double that, but this is a keeper. So glad I tried it."
