"Almost like the ones I grew up with. Except I use olive oil instead of butter and top them with paprika. HINT: adding a small amount of water to cover the bottom of the baking pan the mushrooms are in and covering them with foil until the last 5 or more minutes of baking, makes them moister. Infact, I don't even saute anything. Just chop al..."

"My husband and I love this recipe. My kids won't eat it. You have to really like sauerkraut to enjoy this one. I make my own breadcrumbs for this instead. (cut up some bread, toss with some melted butter and bake in oven till brown and crisp. Then add this on top the casserole. "

"My kids and I both agree these pancakes were good but not the best. I think we are use to the heavier buttermilk type of pancake. The batter was a little too thick and the taste was little bland. But still good overall."

" These have been a family tradition in my house for years. Except I use seedless strawberry jam and the solo brand almond filling (its cheaper then marzipan. I recommend you grease the cookie sheet, then line it with parchment paper and then spread the batter on top of that and bake. Also, warming the jam slightly will make spreading it easier. ..."

"Excellent..My family loved it. I also did not clarify the butter.Deli ham worked great too . I think next time instead of Monterey Jack cheese, I will use Mozzerella or Provolone cheese. That would seem to fit the taste better. I served it over a bed of penne pasta. This is a definate keeper."
