"I have used this recipe many times and each time it was perfect. On a suggestion from dear old Mom, I substituted Zweiback crackers (in the baby food section of the store - they are a finger food for toddlers and I thought it really added to an already perfect recipe. Just thought I'd share! "

"We had this Mac & Cheese along with some baby back ribs. The Mac & Cheese turned out to be the rave!! I have to admit to having to sample the mixture way too often before finishing it off in the oven. It was soooo good. Plus once baked, the crusty cheese top was wonderful. Thanks for a wonderful receipe."

"Simple to make and a real hit. I added some carmelized pecan halves and pieces to the top of the dish just before putting in the oven. It was a very nice accent to an otherwise perfect dish."
