    About Me

    I retired from the Telcom industry at it's peak, one of the lucky few. When I retired my wife and "re-negociated" who did what arround the house. The last two things were laundry & cooking. I choose cooking.

    My wife thinks I am a much better cook than her, and I definately have a lot more fun that she did, even dealing with our picky kids.

    Favorite Foods

    My favorite dish is Steak on the Grill. Has to be Angus, and should be a thick cut Rib Eye. An hour before grilling I cover, and I mean COVER both sides with fresh ground pepper, and a touch of salt.

    Combione that with a Pilaf and some Broccoli and the entire family is happy.
