"I really enjoyed this recipe. I used day old home made wheat bread I bought at a local store and strawberries because that was what I had on hand. The top was a little dry, I think this was my error. I think I may have overbaked it. It was delicious and even better on day two. About Me

I am an RN by profession for a Pediatric weight management clinic and I have 3 lovely children. I love to cook and bake especially when the cold weather starts to come around. Trying new recipes has become a hobby. Unfortunately, I don't think I ever make the same recipe the same way twice. I try to tweak high fat, high calorie recipes to something a little healthier. It's my goal to help my families be able to make the foods they love a little healthier.

My husband and I love to try new foods and go on flavor adventures. Indian is my new favorite cuisine

Rachel Ray is my favorite cook. I find her recipes quick, easy and tasty.
Nurse by profession. Cook by passion.

    Favorite Foods

My favorite food of all time is Lobster!! YUM, Almost any kind of soup, there is something about a lovely big bowl of steaming soup on a cold day! We really enjoy going out for sushie with friends.

My favorite dish to cook is soup. I think I am most famous for my Super dooper triple chocolate ameretto cake, unfortunately, heavy on flavor and calories.

I don't really fave a favorite restuarant, I try to avoid chain restuarants at all costs, I would much rather support a local restuarantaur.
