"I thought this was good. I liked the addition of the vanilla and cinnamon. I then added a little coconut oil and coconut sugar."

"This was very good. I served it with brown rice pad thai noodles. I did not have the sweet chili sauce so I added some red curry paste. Other than that I made as directed, adding more vegetables such as kohlrabi and broccoli. I also did not have the peanuts for garnish; we added some chopped cilantro instead which added an interesting flavor. ..."

"Very easy, good, and filling. I made as directed except used applesauce in place of oil and whole wheat flour. My kids liked them, too.
Update: This time I put all ingredients in my vitamix (blender and blended it all up with some chocolate chips. It was even better this way! We LOVED them!"

"This french toast was awesome! I am surprised that my kids didn't rave over it as much as I did. It was plenty sweet; in fact it didn't need any extra powdered sugar or syrup in my opinion. Very delicious!"

"Wonderful! I used a can of tomatoes since I was out of fresh. I also used a 4 oz can diced chiles in place of the jalapeno and a one pound bag of frozen corn that I cooked on the stove. I omitted the olive oil because I didn't think it was needed. I also cooked the brown rice with some coconut oil so I figured that was a good healthy fat...."

"These were very tasty and the recipe made a lot. I usually have to double pancake recipes for our family of 7. I doubled this one and I have enough for another breakfast and maybe 2. I did use the most amount of liquid recommended (the 1 1/2 c and maybe that is why it made so many. Either way, I am just glad that I have a day where I do not h..."

"LOVE THIS! It is so good and fudgey. I completely understand the reviewer who said it was a "finger dip" instead of a fruit dip! I served mine with grapes, pineapple, strawberries, cantaloupe, etc. Delicious. I love that my kids are eating something healthy without knowing it."

"These were very pleasant and filling. I used whole wheat flour and applesauce in place of the oil or butter. The pancakes were a little thick; so next time I would add a little more milk to thin them out so they will cook a little more evenly. The flavor was great with these, especially when topped with pure maple syrup. Yummmy! I will make t..."

"Based on other reviews, I doubled the recipe and cooked it in a 9 X 13 pan. It definitely would have been too thin if you make it as directed. Since I doubled it, I used 1/2 c white sugar and 1/4 c of brown sugar. I also added 1 tsp of cinnamon. In place of the butter, I used 1/2 c of unsweetened applesauce to make it healthier. It was delici..."

"This was good and easy. I did not use the tomato soup and it came out fine; I didn't add anything else to compensate either. All my kids liked it and we did, too."
