    Reviewed Peanut-Chicken Stir-Fry

"This was very good. I served it with brown rice pad thai noodles. I did not have the sweet chili sauce so I added some red curry paste. Other than that I made as directed, adding more vegetables such as kohlrabi and broccoli. I also did not have the peanuts for garnish; we added some chopped cilantro instead which added an interesting flavor. ..."

    Reviewed Family Favorite Oatmeal Pancakes

"Very easy, good, and filling. I made as directed except used applesauce in place of oil and whole wheat flour. My kids liked them, too.
Update: This time I put all ingredients in my vitamix (blender) and blended it all up with some chocolate chips. It was even better this way! We LOVED them!"

    Reviewed Denny's-Style French Toast

"This french toast was awesome! I am surprised that my kids didn;t rave over it as much as I did. It was plenty sweet; in fact it didn;t need any extra powdered sugar or syrup in my opinion. Very delicious!"

Reviewed Baja Black Beans, Corn and Rice

"Wonderful! I used a can of tomatoes since I was out of fresh. I also used a 4 oz can diced chiles in place of the jalapeno and a one pound bag of frozen corn that I cooked on the stove. I omitted the olive oil because I didn;t think it was needed. I also cooked the brown rice with some coconut oil so I figured that was a good healthy fat. ..."

    Reviewed Banana-Pecan Pancakes

"These were very tasty and the recipe made a lot. I usually have to double pancake recipes for our family of 7. I doubled this one and I have enough for another breakfast and maybe 2. I did use the most amount of liquid recommended (the 1 1/2 c) and maybe that is why it made so many. Either way, I am just glad that I have a day where I do not ha..."

Reviewed Walnut Chocolate Fruit Dip (Raw Food)

"LOVE THIS! It is so good and fudgey. I completely understand the reviewer who said it was a "finger dip" instead of a fruit dip! I served mine with grapes, pineapple, strawberries, cantaloupe, etc. Delicious. I love that my kids are eating something healthy without knowing it."

    Reviewed Oat Bran Pecan Pancakes

"These were very pleasant and filling. I used whole wheat flour and applesauce in place of the oil or butter. The pancakes were a little thick; so next time I would add a little more milk to thin them out so they will cook a little more evenly. The flavor was great with these, especially when topped with pure maple syrup. Yummmy! I will make th..."
