"Great blend of flavors but the texture just kind of threw me off. I should have known better as I've never eaten regular bread pudding as I don't like the idea of soggy bread. But for you that do this is one great recipe and so easy to get ready. DH really liked it and I think most will. But for me, the bread texture just wasn't for me; that s..."

"No wonder this has lasted 100 years, light, fluffy and so good. I did add a 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of vanilla just for that added flavor. I was a little concerned over how thin the batter was but they puffed up so nice and light, served with real maple syrup and was enjoyed by all. Thanks so much for sharing."

"I was looking for something to do with all that left over Thanksgiving turkey and decided to try this. So glad I did, it was sooo good and simple too. The only thing I did differant was sub steamed broccoli for the the green beans as our DGD would not touch a bean. She sure dug into the finished product though and that says a lot. We'll be usi..."

The end result is fantastic and I can't wait to share with family and friends. This will be a part of my Christmas gift baskets - thanks so much for posting."

"Made this for Thanksgiving and it made for a smooth, creamy pumpkin pie. Didn't really taste the eggnog, but it certainly made for a rich pumpkin custard. After filling the pie shell, I had some left over so filled a ramakin minus the crust and that made for a lovely side custard that I enjoyed all by myself. To make it even better it was oh so..."

"Can't believe I'm the first one to rate this great recipe. It's so easy and soooo good, but then I love King Arthur Flour and their recipes. I made using the vanilla flavoring and must say - it was not what I was expecting (what thinking more on the lines of the traditional pecan pie w/just added chocolate but turned out even better and was a h..."

"Used this recipe for our Thanksgiving dinner and did not stuff in the turkey but used the oven method. Didn't have poultry seasoning so added some sage and thyme then followed the directions. It was moist and flavorful and as the kids said "taste like Thanksgiving" couldn't get a better compliment in this house."
