    "Delicious - especially straight out of the frying pan! We tried several types of pancakes (onion, carrot, eggplant, etc. but this won top awards after the onion. And the recipe is so easy to make. I will definitely be making these again."

    "Incredible! This is more of a cake than a pie, but whatever you call it, it's a real treat. I made it with canned blueberries, which are a bit sour in my part of the world, and it was excellent. I would make it with other fruits, too. BTW, it's also very easy to make, and it looks beautiful. What more could I ask for?"
