"I gave this 4 stars as I think the amount of ingredients uses needs to be adjusted. The ratio of sugar to the cream cheese / butter is off. I found it to be to gritty at the end after whipped smooth. I combined everything as directed.I will make again but use 2 or 2 1/2 cups of the sugar, not 3.Also I think I will omit the vanilla as I like..."

"My husband and I enjoyed this dish.We are making it again tonight. It was a bit spicy for myself so we will tone down the red pepper flakes this time, but it was the right spice for my husband. The first time we made it with three boneless chicken breasts. That seemed to have the right sauce/meat/rice ratio for us.The meat also reheats well fo..."

"This is a very good recipe. I omitted the peas as my family is not fond of them. I have made this twice and both times were great. Once in the slow cooker for several hours and the other on the stove for an hour total. When cooking on the stove I sautéed the veggies in butter to soften them. I use Amish egg noodles since we like thicker noodles..."

"This turned out horrible. The texture was nothing like Olive Garden. I am not sure if it was due to how I made it, lack of directions in the the recipe, or if it is just lacking all together. The look of the finished product was not appealing. We will not be attempting this recipe again, but will look for another."

"Please note there is not a cooking temp or how long it is to cook. I cooked for 20 mins with foil on at 425 degree oven. I then cooked with foil off for 10 mins. It was cooked perfectly, hot and bubbly.I am not thrilled with this recipe. The first few bites I enjoyed but as I continued the flavor became heavy and dry. I think if I ever ma..."

"This is AMAZING! My husband loved it and so did everyone in my office. Lots of requests for the recipes. I used motz balls that were from our food co-op and had been marinated. The longer this salad had time to rest the better the flavor. I can't rave enough. Easy to make, healthy and tastes great. Will make over and over it is that good...."

"I made this for a office lunch. There was a lot left over and only two people really enjoyed it. I have not made it since as I felt the recipe lacks some tweaking and different ingredients. I was wanting a lighter and fresher take on a tuna salad, but did this was not it. I love balsamic vinegar and used high quality, but did not seem to help."

"I love dill & I love potato salad. However, this was not as good as I had wanted it to be.It was very heavy and not refreshing. I made it for a office party and there was a lot left over. Great idea but the recipe needs some tweaking."

"Since I do not eat pork I used ground turkey breast. I used the no boil noodles and they turned out great and saved time. I also used tomatoes in basil & garlic. As such I omitted the whole basil and substituted in some oregano. It turned out WONDERFUL!Using the cheese slices really worked out well as the ricotta mixture was much easier to sp..."
