    "Dear food.com, I have a gluten free recipe, ( the white gluten free recipe, I found on this website, ), which calls for 1 2/3 cups of lukewarm water, and 2/3 cup of powdered milk. So, if I use soymilk or milk instead, ( 1 2/3 cup), should I then use 2/3 cup more flour, or use 2/3 cup less milk? Or what proportions should I use ?

    "Dear cook.com, I'm sorry to be such a nuisance, it is actually quite embarrassing, my only last question is this, I do not have powdered milk, can I substitute my regular milk in place of the water? I have always used soymilk in recipes, it works just as well. Thanks a lot, and sorry for all the questions. Thanks again."
