    About Me

    I am a Wife: I have a wonderful husband of 20 years.

I am a Mother: I have 4 great teenagers that make life interesting to say the least. 3 boys and 1 girl.

    I love to Cook!
Nothing is better than a tummy full of comforting foods. It soothes the soul.

    Favorite Foods

I love soup and stews on a cold day, BBQ in the summer time and wonderful unique dishes at Christmas time.

I love to collect cookie recipes.

I just started to make my own bread this past summer and I loved it. You never knew what you were missing until you try it. Next bread making session will have to wait until Christmas break unfortunately.

My guilty pleasure is using butter as ingredient instead of margarine. It gives food a richness that can not be substituted.
