"The soup was unique, as described, SO MANY mushroom soups have heavy cream and dairy. I adore a light broth as a low-cal snack to warm my bones! I put a touch of lite sour cream on top. "SO light, tasty, easy to make--good on saltine crackers or atop a spring mix salad. I added a little kosher salt and Old Bay Seasoning--didn't have celery, so I used celery seed. Some other veggies needed to be used up in my fridge--tomato, cucumbers...they tasted delicious in there. Must put the horseradish in for that little bite! MMMMMM highly..."
