"This is very yummy and easy. I don't "do piecrusts" so I made it like a mousse pudding. I used 1/2 cup hot water and 3 containers of yogurt to make it less stiff. The fun is in choosing and mixing different flavors of jello with yogurts. Lemon jello mixed with pineapple/mango/passion fruit yogurt has a tropical flavor. Lemon and lemon tastes ..."

"I have always said, "I don't eat chicken pot pie." They have always been too pasty with frozen vegetables thrown in...no thanks. But you made me eat my words and enjoy them. The sauce was creamy and light. I used fat free half and half instead of milk and the spices were just right. Thanks for helping me see the error of my ways."

"This recipe brings back great memories of mom's bread pudding. We didn't have sauces but it didn't need any. I loved the crusty edges best. This is a great recipe and I only changed the milk and cream to 2 cups fat free half and half. Have to save on fat calories where we can. Thanks for posting. Brenda in LR"

"This was very good and it was enjoyed by even my "cautious" vegetable eater, my son. I think next time I will omit the sugar as I didn't use fresh okra, had to use frozen. This was similar to what my mom used to fix with fresh okra. Thanks, Brenda."

"Perhaps this is blasphemy but I substituted 1% milk for the melted butter and it was delicious. I try to modify recipes to make them more heart healthy for my family but want them to enjoy their meals too. It was very good."

"I admit that any recipe that starts with "easy" gets my attention. I work 6 days a week and can't get into the kitchen till after 6 most days. I try to make meals that are flavorful but also heart healthy. I liked what I saw in your recipe, a good foundation for a very nice dish. My DH cannot tolerate red pepper so I strove for a milder flavor..."

"I was delighted to show this recipe to my mom who grew up in the South in the 30's and 40's. I knew her mom made chocolate gravy from the stories she told us about her growing up years. She smiled and said it sounded just like her mom's...except her mom added a little vanilla. Great memories for her."

"This is a wonderful recipe that even has my son who is hesistant about zucchini going back for seconds. (I use basmati rice in all my rice recipes. I sometimes make it the day before it is to be served as the family likes it the "next" day best."
