    "I've made this a dozen times and we just love it! I think every recipe should be made the first time exactly as submited, and I wouldn't change a thing. I must confess though I've made it with Tex Mex cheese blend because that is what I had on hand, and it was really good as well. Thanks for sharing this one!!"

    "I know it isn't easy to find a bag big enough to shake the whole recipe at once but please don't even consider a trash bag! They are not made of food grade plastic, and many contain chemicals to reduce garbage odors etc. I looked into Ziploc Big Bag Storage Bags and SC Johnson wedsite says they are safe to store food in. A bit big for shaking Monk..."
