"Oh how I love a nice, moist, chewy macaroon! These fit the bill and then some. I thought I had slivered almonds in the freezer but only had ground almonds. This substitute worked fantastic. The macaroons still had the nutty almond flavor and I didn't need to add any additional condensed milk. Made for S/C America ZWT 7"

"I took Rita's advice and crushed the cardamom pods to add to my coffee grounds. I don't normally drink sweetened coffee but I added 1/2 packet of Splenda for a true morning treat. I used green cardamom pods as that is what I had on hand from a previous ZWT. Thanks for sharing. Made for Africa ZWT 7."

"This was a perfect dish for brunch today. The flavors blended nicely yet you can distinguish each on it's own. "We really enjoyed this dish with our tacos last night. I had a huge jalape�o pepper and used the seeds and all so it had plenty of zip! "This is by far the BEST recipe for Brussels sprouts I have ever had. Roasting them brought out almost a sweetness and the balsamic sauce (I used a sweet white balsamic adds to an already delicious dish. "This was a nice sweet treat! Instead of the water I used a few ice cubes to cool it down and vanilla yogurt vs plain as that is what I had on hand. The condensed milk makes this really creamy and sweet. I didn't add any additional sugar. I can't wait until mangoes go on sale again : Made for PAC Spring 2011."

"This cake had a surprisingly light spiced taste. It may have been the weather but my centers fell even though the cake tested done and was done when cut.
