    Baking bread is a passion of mine. I have so many bread and roll recipes saved to try here on Food.com that I am set for a lifetime!


    Just a few of our favorite Food.com recipes....




    It's not easy to pick a favorite recipe made from Food.com and I am sure there are many we will try and love in our future, but I need to give honorable mention to Recipe #264207- Turkey Burgers by memaw #2. This is the most requested repeat recipe by my family and my ds's gf. Even the beefeaters will vote for these when given the choice.

    You may notice that I leave quite a few 4 & 5 star reviews. In all honesty it is because I tend to choose recipes based on ingredients and prep that I am familiar or comfortable with. If something just didn't work out for me I will leave a review with no stars and admit it was probably an error made on my end. I need to be a little more adventurous as a few recipes I thought would be "just ok" totally blew me away with how delicious they were.

    Favorite Foods

    Favorite Foods: German Food, (especially laugenbrezeln & schweinebraten), chicharrones, gallo pinto, garlic, homemade breads, Mexican and Italian food, and the list goes on... A good pot roast with mashed potatoes and gravy is high on our list as well.
    My absolute favorite cocktail is Caipirinha, Brazil's national cocktail made with cachaça, sugar and lime.

    The one food I have tried to like and just can't acquire a taste for is cilantro. I can eat it if it is in a very small qty in a recipe, but can always tell it's in there.
