"This "trick" definitely works well. I always have to add more mayo before serving macaroni salad since the dressing always soaks in leaving it dry. I was amazed at the difference it made to let the cooked macaroni sit overnight in the fridge with a cup of water. No more dry macaroni salad.. it stayed creamy even the day after serving it. Thanks..."

"Definitely 5 stars! This casserole was a real winner in our house and it was so easy to prepare. The only change I made to the recipe was to use a medium salsa in place of the jarred hot sauce, since we don't all like spicy! I used a blend of Monterey Jack and old cheddar cheese. This will definitely be a regular on our menu! Thanks for posti..."

"This will definitely be a regular item on our menu! I added some fresh sliced mushrooms in addition to the green peppers and onions. Since I didn't have any peas, I omitted them but on the whole, this rice was delicious! Thanks for sharing!"

"What an easy tasty dish to throw together! Since we like things a bit spicy, I used hot salsa and it gave it just the right kick for our liking! This was a nice change from the usual macaroni and cheese, and I'll definitely be making it again! Thanks Charmie!"

"This was a winner! I also doubled up on the cream of chicken soup and added only 1/4 cup of milk. I used the frozen mixed California vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. After the 40 minutes, I turned the broiler on for a couple of minutes to crisp up the tater tots! End result was a very tasty supper! Thanks Sheri!"

"What an easy, delicious stove top supper this was! With the temps and humidity so high right now, I didn't want to put the oven on so I decided to give this a try, and I'm certainly glad I did. I used a 14 oz. can of tomato sauce, and the can of kidney beans I had were 19 oz. Other than that, I followed the recipe as stated and we were delight..."

"This was an easy, tasty supper dish! The only change I made was to add a chopped onion and some garlic when frying the meat. Next time I make it, I'll probably used two cans of soup, just to make the meat a little more moist. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe, Kim! "

"These were wonderful! I cut the recipe in half and used new white potatoes. I sprinkled them with cayenne pepper, cumin and rosemary and baked them for about 30 minutes. I forgot to sprinkle the salt and pepper on them before baking, but they turned out wonderful, in spite of this. Thanks Jewelies! This is definitely a keeper."

"How can soemthing so simply turn out so tasty? I followed the recipe to a T, using boneless chicken breasts and I found four and a half hours cooking time was perfect. This was a big hit in our house, and will definitely be made again! Thanks!"
