    About Me

I'm a 25yr old guy from Buffalo, NY, who loves to cook and get feedback from the dishes I create.  Not only do I love to make the dish, but I love to eat it too!

~ The reason I love to cook is because it's a time where I can use my creative side as well as get away from the world for a while and just relax.  I've always been told how much people loved my cooking so it motivated me to cook more and more.  Now, it's become my favorite hobby.  I love to use sites, such as food.com and allrecipes.com, when I'm looking to make something new.  I get a basic structure to a dish and then give it my own personal twist, to create a unique and modified dish to call my own.  I also love sites like this to share my creations with everyone and see what others think of my recipes! ~

    Favorite Foods

I love all foods.  My favorite dishes to cook would definitely have to be Italian!  My most famous dish would probably have to be my Chicken Stir-Fry.  I always criticize my own cooking like most cooks often do, but even I feel my Chicken Stir-Fry is unbeatable.  It's simple, yet absolutely delicious.  I joined food.com a while back, but haven't been on here since I joined. I'm finally back on though as of 05/09/2012!!  So, I should have some of my recipes posted soon!
