"This recipe did not turn out well at all but I think it has potential. Perhaps preparing the cake mix and mixing it into the pie filling would work better. The cake mix just gets hot and stays dry on top of the filling. Keep experimenting!"

"This is a great recipe if you make a few changes. Don't add the brown sugar. I'm Armenian and I know stuffed peppers (just trust me on this and a lot of people thought there was something missing in the flavor and I figured it must be an onion. What is ground beef without an onion? Add about 1/2 medium onion when you brown the meat. It makes one..."

"This is a great recipe but we had to make a few adjustments. Since we didn't have fresh peaches, we used peaches from a jar and left out the brown sugar and added some fresh pinapple. We found that in doing this, the amount of mustard was too much. Interesting contrast between the sweet and the pungent mustard and pepper. Definitely worth a try."
