"Delicious! I doubled the sauce ingredients, and then added a bit of corn starch at the very end to thicken the sauce because it seemed so runny. We gobbled it up. Thanks for the new recipe."

"This was very good. I made a few minor changes: I added more bacon than suggested, since our family loves bacon. I also added more garlic, since more garlic always makes things better. And I used homemade buttermilk ranch seasoning mix http://www.food.com/recipe/ranch-dressing-and-seasoning-mix-47249 (about 1 T instead of the package mix. After c..."

"What a lovely soup! This week's farm share box included leeks, potatoes and carrots, so I knew I needed to find a good soup recipe. This was wonderful. I doubled the recipe, and threw in a couple of bouillon cubes near the beginning. I pureed it with my immersion blender until it was smooth and then decided I didn't want to thin it down with milk...."

"If you're looking for a great-tasting, easy tzatziki sauce, look no further! I have tried making tzatziki before using other recipes and I was always a bit disappointed. I wondered if it was possible to get an authentic tasting sauce at home. Then I tried this recipe and I knew I found the one! I used Greek yogurt instead of just regular plain yog..."

"This was so good! I think our roast (a small-ish round roast cooked a bit too long, which was really just a product of our day running too late. When I first strained the juices using just a metal sieve, the au jus was too spicy from all the pepper. But then I strained it a second time, through a thin kitchen towel, and it was just right. Maybe ..."

"This was very good! My husband doesn't really care for eggplant, and neither do my children. My husband loved it, the kids...not so much. Oh well, can't win them all! I found this a bit on the salty side, so I will cut down on the salt next time. Thanks for a quick, easy and relatively healthy way to cook eggplant!"

"These were great! Fantastic, fluffy, perfect flavor. I added chocolate chips to about half of them, to make the kids happy. Please tell me--why have I been buying that awful box pancake mix all these years? ;o Thanks for the new recipe!"

"This was incredible! I made it today to top a strawberry cake and it was cool and light, sweet and tart, just the right balance. This made a perfect summer dessert. I didn't change a thing, and I'm glad I didn't. Thank you for sharing the recipe. This one is a sure winner."

"Absolutely delicious! I made two pans, using a whole rotisserie chicken from the grocery store for the doubled recipe. I added a dash of chipotle powder for just a little "warmth". I also thinned out the sauce a bit with a couple tablespoons of milk--just a personal preference to have the cheese a little "runnier." Thank you MizzNezz!"

"Very good! I left out the red pepper flakes (personal preference and served it over brown rice. Everyone loved it. Thanks for the recipe, Jenny!"
