"Very good, indeed. However I would like to make a note about making the slashes in the top after rising but before baking...I used a very sharp knife on my beautifully risen loaves and they promptly fell completely flat. I was so disappointed! From now on I'll be putting the slashes in BEFORE I let them rise the last time. Otherwise a great recipe..."

"Very tasty way to get your kids to eat their dark green veggies (adults too! Followed the recipe except for 2 things. 1. I left out the water because the consistency was fine without it and 2. left out the agave - I don't need any more sweetness in my diet. lol Making the recipe that way I felt that there was quite a bit of cheese left over so I'..."

"Oh yummmm! I made a few changes to suit my diet. Used 1 c. whole wheat flour & 1 1/4 c. unbleached all purpose flour, 1/3 c. agave nectar / maple syrup blend (ran out of agave nectar & 3 whole eggs instead of 2 whole / 2 whites. Plus I added about 3 handfuls of carob chips. Oh my goodness...I'm in heaven! Thanks so much for an easy, tasty biscott..."

"Very good. Made an eye catching salad. The only change I made was to double the garlic. Next time I might try using apple cider vinegar instead, broccoli instead of ( or maybe in addition to! cauliflower and add even more garlic. Thanks for a new recipe!"

"Delicious! I made a few changes according to my tastes/diet. I used 1/3 c. coconut oil instead of butter and 1/3 c. agave instead of the sugar. I also made muffins instead of bread for convience sake. I freeze them so I can have one a day for breakfast. Just microwave for 1 min. and it's like having fresh baked muffins each morning! "Very tasty way to get the additional flax in my diet! I noticed some people were having trouble getting the balls to hold together. I think the problem might be that the directions on amount of flax used is a little confusing. When I put 1/2 c. of flax seed in my VitaMix I noticed that after I ground it the amount doubled in bulk (ie: the 1/2 c. f..."

"Very good cookies! I did think they were a little sweet, though. I subbed agave nectar for the honey but otherwise followed the recipe and added raisins. Next time I'll cut the brown sugar by about 1/4 c. and add cinnamon and more oats like another reviewer suggested. Thanks for a new, healthier cookie!"
