    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

I live in a small seaside town in England on the south coast, with my partner and our young son. Up until recently I was a full time mummy, but Ive recently gone back to university as a part time research student, Im finding it a bit intimidating but Im very excited about it.
Im a complete foodie, I love cooking and eating anything and everything, I especially enjoy trying new things.

    Favorite Foods

Im having great fun introducing my son to lots of new flavours and foods at the moment, and hes being a pretty good sport about it all. He loves rice, vegetables and pasta, but not keen on meat (apart from pepperoni and bacon rather bizarely!!).
Id say the dish Im most famous for is my "the only recipe youll ever need to know" that I wrote out for my brother. Hes at university at the moment, and he was tired of eating ham sandwiches. By his own admission I have now completely changed his attitude to cooking and he says he couldnt imagine eating "that pre prepared stuff" any more :o)
