"This is fantastic! Like someone else I used Old Bay seasoning for the cajun seasoning, and it was very tasty. I added some boiled baby potatoes to the pan with the spice and cooked them for a few minutes before taking them out and adding the fish. It was nice for that too, and really tied to meal together. I'll be using this again for chicken too...."

"I didn't want to rate this yet as it may have been my fault. "This recipe uses powdered sugar rather than the others that use brown sugar. I have made this one before, and they do taste just like the real thing."

"This was great. I had made this for my children when they were little. I lost the recipe, but they never forgot it. When I found this one by accident, I made it for my husband, who has never liked anything I have cooked. (American vs. Englishman! He said it was "lovely." I'm sending the recipe to my, now, grown up little boys. Thanks ever so much."
