     |  By LoriInIndiana

"I made this over the weekend for a light desert to go with our fish fry. I doubled the recipe and used 5 huge apples and 13 fun sized Snickers bars. Everyone raved over it and asked for the recipe. Thanks for posting."

"This was super good. Next time I'll add an additional clove or two of garlic and cut back on the hoisin just a bit. I served with creamy garlic mashed potatoes and this really hit the spot on a cold snowy day."

"This turned out really nice after letting it sit in the fridge for a day. I think it needs the time to allow the flavors to blend. Just like everyone else has stated this tasted like a quick caesar dressing. Next time I may lighten up on the lemon juice a bit."

"This was good but my husband didn't like it. I cut the cream cheese in half and it still tasted too much like cream cheese for his liking. I added in some spices, green chilies, cheese and shredded chicken to the leftovers and made quesadillas, which turned out delicious."

"This rice was a great compliment to our dinner. I made this to go with grilled chicken and veggie kabobs. I added in a bit of pepper and a splash of juice from the lemon I zested. The lemon flavor was subtle and perfect. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing."

"This turned out okay. It was a little too sweet for my liking. I've never made the pot roast with regular cola, so I don't know how it compares. I used a beef roast and it would probably have been better with the pork roast. I'll probably look for a new recipe next time."

"I used gruyere cheese instead of the parmesan but otherwise made this exactly as written. It turned out great and the flavors got even better overnight, so this would be a great recipe to make ahead and you would have dinner ready in an instant. It did take longer for my onions to caramelize than stated, so this was not a quick recipe for me. H..."

"I loved this soup, but my husband likes Campbell's tomato soup better. I used my immersion blender to get it really creamy. I added in a bit of salt and pepper and next time I make it I think I'll try basil as well. This was super easy so I'll definitely make again and halve the recipe for just myself and my daughter. Maybe it was because I si..."

"This was a nice and quick weeknight meal. My husband and daughter didn't like it but I thought it was great. I guess I'm the only one in my family that likes lemon chicken. I'll make it again when I'm on my own for dinner one night. Next time I might cut the sugar just a bit. Thanks for posting."

"This is the best potato salad ever! My husband doesn't usually like potato salad but he loved this. Don't leave out the bacon, that is what makes it so tasty. I almost did because I thought it might get soggy and gross in sitting in the dressing but I fried it super crispy and it stayed that way. This will be my potato salad recipe from now o..."
