"I use this marinade for both skirt steak and flank steak and it is delicious. It doesn't cover up the taste of the steak too much, just makes it taste juicy and meatier. I just use the marinade recipe and grill on my gas grill. I've never tried the hot coal method."

"This recipe was delicious. The balsamic vinegar gave the meat just a hint of sweetness, which made it oh so good. This will be the way I make my London Broil from now on."

"Yum, finally a recipe that does not call for a cream of something or other soup. I used a fat free broth and light sour cream and it turned out great."

"This turned out great. I used tomatoes and peppers from my garden. I added 1 small diced green bell pepper and used 3 small jalapeno peppers and 2 small serrano peppers. I also took Linzi's advice and added just a sprinkling of lemon pepper which really set off the flavors the everything else."

"Made this for my husband because we ran out of salad dressing and I had all the ingredients for this on hand. Added in a squeeze of honey and a 1/2 tsp of paprika because it was listed on the ingredients of our favorite French dressing. Turned out great and makes a lot of dressing. Won't have to buy bottled anymore. Thanks!"

"I had made chicken stock and used the pulled meat and stock to make this for trick or treat night. I just added in the seasonings while boiling some dried Amish made egg noodles and adjusted the seasoning a bit to taste. It turned out great and all the guys went back for seconds. Thanks."

"What a great recipe. I was a bit dubious about the ingredients, even after all the great reviews, but boy was I wrong. The sauce is just fantastic. I used big meaty chicken thighs and since my slow cooker tends to run hot they only took 4 hours on low."
