    "I made this recipe based on all the reviews and was slightly disappointed, although I did cook it for 10 hours due to having to work and I used ricotta cheese versus the cottage cheese. It was too burnt and it lacked flavor. I'll try it again and cook it for 8 hours using the correct cheese and maybe it will come out better?"
