    LinMarie says:

"These were ok. I made them exactly as written and I did like the soft texture and the not-too-sweetness of these cookies. However, I agree with another reviewer who said they had a bit of a funny after taste. I might try butter instead of oil next time or add a bit more sugar."

"I made this exactly as written except I subbed onion flakes for raw onion...I liked the combo of lime and lemon a lot but felt it was missing something. I think next time I'll use a regular fresh onion and maybe some of the other reviewers' suggestions because this is a good base!"

    LinMarie says:

"This was excellent! Based on some other reviews I tripled the spices (for pretty large chicken breasts) and I also used about 3/4 the bag of frozen mango chunks from Trader Joe's. The flavor was quite good - served over some garlic mashed potatoes that we had left over. We all enjoyed this, from grown ups to toddler! Thanks!"

"I used this instead of a top crust on an apple-cranberry pie. It was very simply and very good. I don't really care for pie crust so I loved this as an alternative!"

    LinMarie says:

"So easy and so good! I had to make these as a base for a cake decorating class, so when I realized too late that I had no vanilla, I made them anyway and figured it was just for decorating. But I tasted a cupcake before class and they are GOOD with nothing to them! I can't believe people are complaining that these are too bland...I think they are ..."

    LinMarie says:

"As written this recipe is not very good - WAY too oily (like leaves a puddle of oil on a napkin). However, now I see that other reviewers have reviewed it with added spices and half the oil, so I guess that's where the 5-star rating comes from and I'll try again."

    LinMarie says:

"I make these exactly as written and I make them ALL the time! At least a few times a month. Because we live in very rainy Seattle, we usually just bake them in the over at 350 for 20 min or so. I can tell you the sesame oil is key - my little guy is allergic to sesame so we make him a separate burger without, and I've tried it and it's nowhere nea..."

    LinMarie says:

"Quite good and really easy. I added some salsa to the top to give it a bit more kick and really we should have doubled the recipe. I would agree with others that there isn't really enough filling - so if I double the recipe I might triple or quadruple the bean mixture. Still, a nice, easy, somewhat healthy dish that we all enjoyed. My 1yr old ate ..."

    LinMarie says:

"We love salmon in our house so I'm always looking for new salmon recipes and this hit the spot. I actually just used plain yogurt because I didn't have greek yogurt and it was still quite good. I upped the garlic a bit too because we love garlic, and served it with veggies cooked in lemon juice. We all loved this salmon - even my not-quite-one-yea..."
