"Delish! I made it with frozen peaches and blueberries and used vegetable oil instead of safflower. I also found that I had to bake it a bit longer than 30 minutes, maybe 35 or 40, to cook the fruit and make the topping crispy. Thanks for this awesome vegan recipe!"

"I thought these were great! I added lots of cinnamon and nutmeg to make them more like apple spice muffins and they were delicious. I also subbed earth balance for the melted butter and it tasted just fine. Plus they made the whole house smell amazing! Will definitely be making these again. :"

"This was very good indeed, and very easy to make. The only changes I made were adding some heavy cream at the end because there wasn't quite enough gravy-like liquid for a good curry. (You need something to sop up with rice or naan. Also, I thought that the chickpease could have been a little softer, maybe cover for a bit longer than 10 minutes..."
