Reviewed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Cheese
"I made this for Thanksgiving, as our family likes Brussels sprouts. It was so good, my family members want to make it at home as well.""

Reviewed Red Devil Cranberries
"I tried this cranberry sauce at our Thanksgiving dinner - it was a big hit. I had to add a little sugar to balance out the tartness of the cranberries, and I substituted Fresno chilis for Serrano chilis to reduce the "heat" level of this sauce. I have six little brothers and two little sister, so I learned to cook for them when I was very young. I developed some rather seriuos allergies a few years ago (grains and beans) so I've had to get really creative with different ingredients in cooking. When Life hands you a lemon, make lemonade.
I like to cook Roast beef, lamb, and pretty much anything on a barbecue.
The dishes I make that everyone likes are Christmas pudding, paella, and my old-style Beligian waffles.
I have been doing a lot of Persian cooking lately, because I'm not allergic to many of the ingredients and the flavors are wonderful.
