"Made these for a family party this weekend. They were a huge hit. I didn't have any bread flour so used AP flour and they were fine. I used a mix of semi sweet, milk and white chocolate chips because I had small amounts left of each. I think these will become my go to ccc recipe. Thanks Alton!"

"I made these yesterday as a last minute dessert for a gathering we were hosting. They were easy to prepare with ingredients I had on hand. The result was delicious. My family likes fudgier brownies and these were very fudgy and dense. They had a nice crumb to them. The peanut butter-hazelnut mixture added a slight peanut taste though I had a ..."

"Was a bit hesitant after reading some of the reviews that had problems with it setting up but mine set up just fine. I did leave it in the fridge overnight so maybe that helped. I put it in a shortbread premade crust so the color was very bland milky yellow on top of very bland milky yellow. Would change the crust next time maybe to an oreo cru..."

"These were my first attempt at Banana muffins. They are super moist and full of banana flavor. I did make one slight change. I used 1/2 white sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Next time I might try cutting back on the amount of white sugar a bit more. This recipe will definitely go in the keeper file."

"I have not baked in a long time...maybe 10 years or so but I baked this cake over the weekend for a family get together. It was a very simple recipe to follow. It was delicious and a huge hit! my Father in law went back for thirds! I would definitely make it again maybe just cutting the sugar a bit in the topping, it was pretty sweet. Thanks ..."

"I made these for my first ever cookie swap. They were a huge hit. People liked the cakiness and the slightly sweet flavor. Everyone was surprised that they contained pineapple because the flavor of the pineapple wasn't overly strong but rather subtle and enjoyable. I frosted them with a caramel frosting. Not very pretty since it was the same ..."

"I tend to use recipes as guidelines, never really following them exactly. I did that with this one too. Even still it was a tremendous success in my house. The changes that I made were simple and small. I eliminated the chipolte entirely due to having someone for dinner that night who cannot eat spicy foods of any kind. Next time the chipolte ..."
