    I'm a meat and potatoes girl married to a chicken/fish and vegetable man.  I do not have time for slaving over a hot stove, but if you catch me on a slow day with plenty of time to kill, I am very capable of baking some wonderful fresh bread or cakes from scratch.

    Favorite Foods

    I love to cook and eat Tex-Mex style foods - spicy, minimal, low-fat, and versatile.  The right kind of meat/poultry/pork, seasoned and cooked in a manner that can be used in multiple dishes, is the PERFECT main "ingredient" to keep on hand.
