Although I have not made it did you look at the nutritional breakdown???Vitamin A, C, the calcium.....If you adjust the recipe to use margarine instead of butter, and low fat parmesan and cream cheese, you can make it even better! "I make something similar to this, but with the favourite toppings of who ever I'm making them for. I did mine on the BBQ. I found that the pitas are perfect for the Q as they get a nice crispy texture to them. Makes a great grilled pizza!!! You should try it! Turn the grill on only half of your BBQ, and place the pitas on the other half."
