"One of the better base recipes I've found. I added sesame oil and apricot preserves to the sauce and boiled it until it thickened. Added the tempura chicken back into the saucepan and tossed to glaze the chicken. A keeper!"

"Seared in a light olive oil-butter mix with a sprinkling of Paul Pruhdomme's Redfish Magic. Glaze was nicely thickened to coat a spoon in a couple of minutes. Guests said it was the best salmon they've ever had. I'll try this glaze with strawberries for dessert next time!"

"This is very close to our Czech family recipe. People who have never tried these potato dumplings and instead have mashed potatoes are missing heaven. The sliced dumplings with the "juice" has won over anyone who has ever tried them. My kids will actually keep a count of how many dumplings they can eat."

"Wonderful and easy to make. Everyone who has tried this loves it and can't believe the ease of preparation. If I could give 6 stars, I would. My own tweak...added a little sour cream just before serving."
