    Hi, I'm a crazy cook in the kitchen :)
    I love to start with a basic idea and then invent something new everytime I make a meal. I seldom use a cook book now, usually working with my own ingredients and it always comes out a surprise. I frequently use this site and others on the 'net to pick up new ideas and surprise my family and guests.
    This site is really cool, glad I came upon it.

    Favorite Foods

    Just returned from a holiday in a warmer clime and enjoyed many great fish dishes, fruit drinks and varieties of salads. The lighter fare has hastened my turning about from heavier winter dishes, such as soups and stews and roasts, etc., to veggies and greens, seafood and fruit, which I usually turn to later in the spring. Keep in mind the effect our long winters have on some of us and lighten up a weekend meal with an out of season dish.
    Food and cooking are play for this chickadee from Canada!
