    Former chef of Blu's Beanery in Vail Village and the original executive chef of Grouse Mountain Grill, Beaver Creek Resort. Currently an adjunct culinary arts instructor for the three year apprenticeship program at Colorado Mountain College-Vail/Edwards Campus. Teaches private one-on-one classes as well.
