    Delicious! I took the advise of other reviewers and saut?ed the onions before cooking. Also, to prevent burning of the cheese, I added it at the last 5 minutes. It was perfect! And mixed a little cheese in with the rice mixture. So good!"

    Since I don't like microwave potatoes much I boiled some red potatoes, removed the skins and cut up. Next time I will use smaller potatoes because I don't think mine cooked long enough. However I was very surprised at how good this was! I was sort of afraid of the plain ingredients so I added a dash of garlic, onion, and pepper. It was really good"

    Very easy!! Loved the flavor.. Reminds me of my favorite buttered noodles recipe my mom made growing up but a little more adult! Left out the anchovies but next time I may try the shrimp suggestion of other reviewers! "
