I love cooking because it reminds me of my mother and grandmother. I have been in training since a toddler. My grandmother used to have me sit on the counter and butter the baking pans.
Eventually, I moved up in ranks and began to learn how to cook all of her dishes. I also love to share my cooking with others, and enjoy seeing their faces light up as they have a delicious meal.
I've been using Zaar for a long time since 2002 probably, and finally decided to sign up so that I could start saving recipes.

Well, I have to say Cajun/Creole cooking is my favorite since it's home cooking to me. I also love British, French, Irish, Indian, Thai & Caribbean foods. Oh, and I don't want to forget to mention that I love baking!
