"So.... I got to the point where you add the Uncle Ben's and discovered I was out(!?! I had some Trader Joe's Basmati rice blend, added 1 c. of that, 1 t. seasoned salt and assorted herbs. I only used 1 1/2 T. butter and approximately 1/2 c. cream. Really liked the taste and simplicity. Even "slimmed down" it was rich and filling."
