    About Me

I'm a mom of 4 who LOVES to cook. Unfortunately, I do not ALWAYS have time to cook the way I really like to. I'm finding though it takes less effort to just cook from scratch THAN it does to buy all those calorie riddin and persevative riddin micorowavable short dishes. And best of all it tastes a whole heck of a lot better - not too mention it's not that much more expensive! Now don't get me wrong - I don't think I could live without my microwave! It's great! I won't go there right now, but you get my point.

Not only am I a mom - I work full-time as a business manager and go to school part-time....trying to get my masters in Accounting. I've loved to cook since I was young! I'll never forget making homemade dumpings with my mother on Sunday afternoon. My favorite memory was when I made my very first dish for my mother on my own, Cream of Celery Soup! It was great! Cooking not only satisfies a general human need to be fed, but involves family in the process. I love teaching my children ALL of them great new recipes. My almost 13 year old son loves to cook with me and learn new tricks just as much as my daughters do. Hats off to everyone who loves to cook and share recipes with all. Enjoy your wares and have fun!
