"This is a great recipe. Growing up, we always had zucchini bread with pineapple in it, so I substituted 1 canned of crushed pineapple, drained, for the apple sauce. I also only had one very ripe banana, so that's all I put in. Came out very tasty!"

"As always, Kittencal comes through! Had a craving for alfredo tonight, but didn't have any cream of any kind, only 1% milk. I figured I'd give it a shot, and it still came out very tasty - better than any 'low-fat' alfredo recipe I've tried. I just had to let it cook a little bit longer before it started to thicken. I was concerned that it wou..."

"This was great. Not too 'swissy', since I'm not a huge Swiss cheeses fan. DH and 7-year-old loved it, too!"

"This is a great cake. I wasn't sure about the frosting, but made it anyway. Even when the frosting was done, it wasn't my favorite. BUT once it's on the cake, it's absolutely delicious! I don't know what happens, exactly, but it blends in with the flavors of the cake and is perfect. Will make again and again!"

"This was very good, and I'm sure it will be even better next time, when I actually follow the recipe. I made it with what I had on hand, so didn't have plain Greek yogurt or seedless/English cucumber. With regular yogurt, it was more of a sauce than a dip, but that was fine, since we were using it for chicken souvlaki pita sandwiches anyway. I ..."

"Yum! We all loved this recipe - even my 7-year-old, who isn't picky, exactly, but is usually suspicious of new foods, especially foods with unidentified bits of green stuck to them. But she gobbled up the few pieces I initially served her, and asked for seconds and thirds! We had it with Tzatziki (#50336, and she loved that, too. I used 6 bone..."

"This is a very nice recipe. I made it using what I had in the house, so made a few substitutions, but kept the spirit of the dish the same. I used red quinoa, 1/2 a sweet onion, diced very fine, 2 Roma tomatoes (instead of the sun-dried, kalamata olives, lime juice (instead of orange and added a bit of feta cheese at the end. I will have to try..."

"I've made this bread several times now and it comes out perfectly every time. It really is perfect for sandwiches - soft bread that still holds its shape nicely even when sliced thin. Thanks, Ridgely!"

"Yum! I let my husband talk me into using a couple Costco sized cans of roast beef instead of running to the store to buy hamburger, and am I glad I did. I don't think I'll ever make it any other way. I followed the rest of the directions for preparing the meat layer and it was a fantastic shredded picadillo-style beef. I also added some sliced ..."

"Wonderful! I have made this many times now, as it my 6-year-old's most requested dinner item. I always double the recipe so there will be leftovers. It reheats beautifully - she frequently takes leftovers for lunch in a thermos. I have never found it to be too thick, and I always simmer uncovered. I use sharp cheddar (usually just the Albertso..."
