    About Me

Well i'm 22 and only discovered how much I lurve cooking a couple of years ago when I moved in with my X in Denmark (god did I love playing the housewife, still do to a point!)I'm also into singing, acting and just music in general food is my secret crush *LOL*. I'm at the point where I think of something and try it out, so i'm no expert yet! I started my own cookbook about a year ago and it's almost full, some are my own recipes, some from family and some off the net! My main focus is English, Danish and Carribbian food so hope you like:-)

    Favorite Foods

Traditional English and Danish foods are my favorites, but i do love carribbian food although i'm just getting to know it. My favorite dish to cook is likely Pork chops with white rice, tomato and spring onion or with my creamy garlic potatoes. Either way I love pork chops and Lamb in any form!!! The best rice I ever tasted was in a resturant in Side in Turkey managed by a guy who calles him self Al Pacino although I think it was generally the way they ccoked rice in that region as there was a place called sunset bar that served the same rice as did the hotel!!!
