    "This looked great when I watched the episode so I saved the recipe. It's a lot of work trying to skim the fat and I guess you really have to be a big fan of hominy to enjoy this if you follow the recipe exactly.     "We make these for cookouts at least 4 times a year and they are always the first thing to go. The variety of beans is great. Take the base recipe and add what you like. I have tried jalepenos, green peppers, pork BBQ, etc...Two thumbs up most definately!! They will be your future go to baked beans."
