"Being a Texan this what I expected. Good hot chili. True Texas chili does not have the beans, so I omitted them. I also subbed some good ole chipolte peppers for some of the cayenne pepper. Very nice flavor!"

"Not much more that can be said. A very flexable sauce. I added 1 tsp of both oregano and basil and had to add 1/2 cup of Chianti wine...Had too. Everone I have introduced this sauce for loves it."
