"Delicious recipe made with common ingredients that I had on hand. I served this over brown rice and added some vegetables to the sauce to round out the meal. Great taste & easy preparation. I used brown sugar blend splenda in place of regular brown sugar for the sauce. Thanks Lennie for a great recipe that I know we will use on a regular basis."

"I altered this recipe by adding additional liquid (2 cups water after noticing that my first batch of muffins was quite dry and a bit misshapen.
