"This is such an easy recipe for a dessert novice like myself and it tastes so good as the maltesers melt through the slice but still maintain their crunchiness. I used extra maltesers and a bit less sugar, I also cooked it at 175 degrees in a fan forced oven for 25 minutes. I dusted it with cocoa powder at the end. This yummy slice really is a no ..."

"Wonderful tasting soup with all the goodness thrown in. I added some fresh garlic and zucchini as I had no celery, I used fresh tomatoes as well as the canned and threw in a can of corn kernels and kidney beans. I served it with garlic bread and it was just heaven dipping the bread in the soup.I clicked on your profile to see if you were still a..."

"This was so nice, I added extra curry because we like hot dishes so it sort of ended up as a creamy chicken curry, we loved it. I didn't pre cook the chicken, I just threw it raw in the oven and it was very tender, I also mixed in cooked rice and I only used 1 cup of fat reduced cheese."

"This was delicious, I used 8 thigh fillets and only 4 pieces of cheese. I seasoned the fillets first. I also used chardonnay as I had no apple juice. I loved the melted cheese through it and the herb stuffing was a nice addition which gave it a bit of a twist. I served it with broccoli and rice which soaked up the wonderful sauce. I might add a sm..."

"This made a nice change to weeknight chicken, I'm always looking for new ways with chicken and I loved this flavour combination. The chicken was very tender and I also cheated a bit by not pre cooking the chicken on the stove, I just threw it all in the oven for 40 minutes. Thanx for sharing your recipe Jan :"

"This was delicious and so quick. I only cooked 1 fillet so I halved the sauce, I also added a teaspoon of lemon juice to the sauce - Yum! I also sprinkled a bit of salt and pepper on the fillet first. I pan fried it over medium heat. Next time I might try adding a bit of minced garlic. If fillets aren't evenly sized, then score the thick part of..."
